The dreaded “BEFORE” photos..(not posting yet)

   Ok… So I broke down and took “before” photos today… I’m totally disgusted with myself. Now I really need to get this  fat off!!! I will post progression pictures at a later date. Thinking maybe after 30 or 60 days. Unless the Mayans were correct and we’re all dead in a couple weeks.. Then I guess being disgusted at myself will be all for naught… LOL
